Customer Relationship Executive

  • Establish a positive relationship with our customers, understand their requirements, answer their queries and make sure their needs are met on time. 
  • Support the sales managers across the world by providing them information when required obtain pricing information from the sales manager, quote and negotiate the prices with the customers.
  • Process the purchase orders onto the ERP system, coordinate with the cross-functional departments and drive them to meet the customers requirement in a timely and efficient manner. 
  • Review and analyse the historical and forecasted data and prepare management information reports for the global sales team and the top management. 
  • Keep up to date with product and industry developments, analysing their impact on the services we provide.


  • At least  2-3 years’ experience in Customer Service/ Merchandiser functions in a BPO/ Multinational Environment/ Manufacturing industry.
  • Fluent in communication in English. (Written and spoken)
  • Part Qualification in CIM, SLIM or a Bachelor’s Degree would be an added advantage.
  • MS Excel and MS Word skills for data analysis and review.
  • Ability to work in a stressful environment, self-prioritizing, and organizing tasks. 
  • Attention to detail, great analytical skills, ability to work independently and consistently.
  • Should be a good team player and be ready to support colleagues at all times. 
  • Must be a flexible and approachable person
